Our services offer a unique combination of qualifications and 12 years’ experience in design, building and infrastructure development management, project management, project finance and investment.
Managing Director’s bio:
Yanda Tolobisa has a unique mix of experience and qualifications spanning over 12 years in architectural design, development or project management, property investment and finance, and infrastructure development. She transitioned from architectural design work into a career in property and infrastructure development in 2008 when she joined Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA), for a role in managing development projects around the City of Johannesburg. She later worked five years in Nedbank CIB Property Finance in a dual role as a senior relationship manager (deal maker) and project oversight manager on a national basis, and has recently traded in her full-time employment to be an independent consultant in the property and construction industry.
In addition to her architecture degree and real estate post graduate diploma with Wits University, she holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) with the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and has recently completed twelve months of business executive coaching with an accredited business executive coach. She is due to complete her MBA Real Estate and Construction with a UK University in February 2018, which is accredited by RICS and CIOB, in order to advance her business acumen in the real estate and construction industry.
Yanda is both an analytical and strategic professional, with a keen interest in socio economic empowerment, sustainable development and in Africa’s global competitiveness in the real estate and infrastructure industries.
